Phase 2 - Case Studies on Obesity and Eating Disorders
Teaching/learning method
Case-based. Students read the case study and watch the testimony of Dora’s journey. Critical thinking - based on the acquired knowledge, students choose proper techniques to incorporate in their weekly weight-loss plans/programs. Class discussion: students compare and contrast their programs.
Alternatively, the video contents can be flipped (students watching at home and taking notes before the class) leaving more space for class discussions.
