Teaching/learning method
Case-based learning. Students read and watch the video of Case Study I, while taking notes and then answering the proposed questions (the content can be flipped - students watch at home before the course, leaving more room for class discussion). Case Study II can be done through a role-play with a student volunteer, and after the students discuss and answer the proposed questions.
